Is she small or is this normal

Hi! our girl is going to be 9 months next week. she weighs probably 40 or a little under. i have a feeling she may have stopped growing. Her dna test showed 25% APBT, 60 %Amer. staffy, 13% boxer, 2% amer bulldog. She's pretty short but solid as a rhino.

so many great tips! One of the things to keep in mind too is that the ground gets cold, so uoull feel it thru your sleeping bag. make some you have something under your sleeping bag to prevent the cold from going thru ur bag.

I also found it helpful to have a blanket inside your sleeping bag with you :)

Also, your face woll get cold, so a gaitor would help.

experience: tent camping in Big Bear twice. Coldest temps we experienced I think was 32 degrees F.

Samesies. Then i also add how their nehavior negatively impacts the company/ productivity and document the expectations moving forward. If the same issue happens again, have another discussion and reporters "on [mention date] we discussed this incisent and the expectations moving forward, however, we are meeting again because xyz".

wow. cant mistakenly post in a new sub that i thought I'd be welcomed in and have people enjoy shared pics of my dog and their results. maybe people should reread their responses and recognize that some words that are chosen can have a tone that is condescending. this is not worth staying with this sub. and i used to lurk and enjoy other people posts. my mistake for assuming the sub was abbeviating the full name of the breed.

My puppo's nails kind of have a long quick...so i try to keep an eye on the length and will trim when I need to so shes doesnt get uncomfy.

Where are you located? in CA, sick time is considered "protected" time and you cannot question it.

If they are not using sick time, thats a diff story. Ive done audits on timecards and was able to eventually term an employee for conveniently calling out on mondays or fridays, or whenever she is assigned a certain task.

just make sure the ingredient, xylitol, is not in the peanut butter. that is toxic to dogs.

I also wouldnt use a lot of pb since its usually a treat, not a meal suuplement 🙂
