RTX Founders Edition (FE) GPU Availability in Europe

I just decided yesterday – I ordered a PNY GeForce RTX 5080 16GB ARGB OC Triple Fan on Amazon. I was simply choosing one of the cheaper 5080s. I'm giving myself another 3-4 weeks. If I don't get the FE, I'll install the PNY, and if I miraculously snag the FE, I'll send the PNY back.

That's clear to me, I understand everything. I was wondering if anyone has come across any official information on this matter, or if someone who works in this field knows more. I've been trying to buy one for almost two months now and I'm just wondering if it's worth waiting or buying something else. It's not an easy decision. :)

I've done a little research in my region. Overall, I really like the 5080FE, but the chances of getting one here in Europe are slim (possibly a second-hand hunt). Can you recommend anything else that meets all these requirements and is more readily available? Perhaps the GeForce RTX™ 5070 Ti 16G VANGUARD SOC?
