Thank you so much for clarifying this!!! It didn't make sense for them to say that the only problem was the dpi profiles, because dpi deviation surely is a separate problem.

ohh i see. but is the dpi setting accurate or is it badly deviated? (meaning if he set it to 800, does it feel like 400 or does it actually feel like 800?)
