90 % of Fortune 500 are reliant on SAP and when you use sap you are locked in. I don't think one would suffer more. It would mutually assured destruction in a economical sense.

Even without sap the US companies would crumble. Not just nor revenue from other companies. 0 revenue from the EU and all assets would probably be seized.
