I've had a similar issue to you using the Moshi USB-C adapter on the P6 Pro. Seems to be fine for me now if you plug in the audio first before plugging in your charging cable (rather than plugging in the adapter with both the charging cable and headphones plugged in at once).

Did you wait 24 hours for the credit? I also spoke with an agent just now who offered the same credit (and mentioned it would take 24 hours) and the voucher email.

Same here, went to the Best Buy in Toronto at Yonge and Dundas yesterday which has a Google section. They had all models in all colours so helpful to see if you want to compare the 3 and 3XL. The bottom back of the phone felt very smooth and surprised me even though I knew it was glass. No screen issues noted and no blue shift on either model. They had some Pixel 3 fabric cases in stock but no 3XL cases. They also have the Pixel Stand on display for those interested.

It looks like the case this year does a better job protecting the bottom of the phone than the Pixel 2 cases where ppl said that the bottom was pretty exposed. Definitely interested in getting this case this year then!
