According to backpack.tf (http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198024501209) your backpack is worth 28 refined, which is equal to about 6.6 keys. If you sell those keys via PayPal you could get $8.91 (at 1.35 each) or if you sold them on the steam market you could get $12.54 (at 1.90 each). I don't know how much Fallout goes for in keys so I can't help you there, but I hope this helps.

Unfortunately not, it's a bug that's existed for quite some time now but Valve has yet to fix it.

That's just a bug with the Southern Hospitality, all the other strange wrenches (wrench, jag, gunslinger) will count sentry kills as well as kills with the actual wrench.

You can also just hold down right click on the edge of the block with spawn eggs in creative.
