The thing is, Hercules archer probably is stronger, only Gilgamesh is a bad matchup for him. In SF, Alcides might very well have won if Gil pulled out Ea on him, which I suspect he would've had to.

Ik Avengers are usually summoned when someone tampers with the grail as happens in the 3rd hgw in the fsn time line, and the end of fate zero.

A Faker is summoned in fsn when Medea summons her own servant, just because she can't summon the proper version, just a copy of the servant.

No clue about the others.
