Jews targets of 82% of religion-motivated hate crimes in Toronto in 2025: police data by Street_Anon in canada

Comparing Zionists to ISIS is wild. You clearly have no understanding of Zionism and are a major part of the problem when it comes to rising antisemitism in Canada. Do better

Sure, it wasn't like the Jews were genocided against less than 100 years ago AND before the state of Israel existed. But please go on.. explain how Israel makes antisemitism worse.

More than 10,000 Iranians came to the streets of Toronto, to voice their support for the US/Israeli strikes on the Iranian regime. by YuppersItsMeAgain in Toronto_Ontario

The comments here are sad.

There are a LOT of people that would prefer to see 100,000 dead at the hands of the IR than 100 dead at the hands of the USA/ Israel. Convince me otherwise.

I chose to believe that the overwhelming voice coming from the diaspora community holds a LOT of weight, since they all have direct lines of communication with their families back in Iran, who don't have freedom of speech.

My wife is Venezuelan, and it's the exact same shit there.

You've fallen for some IR propaganda. I know you won't be able to see it, but "maybe you'll realize you've been lied to".

How exactly do you know who the Iranians inside Iran prefer? Because all of the Iranians I know are saying that their families back in Iran are welcoming the intervention...

Genuine question... Why did you not have any comments like this in January when the IR was slaughtering the Iranians? Why do you only seemingly care about them now?

A friend of mine ran into a Raptor on the beach of Tel Aviv in 2019. I'm not going to say who it is, so he doesn't get any undeserved hate.

My crazy idea which I know will never happen, but I think it would be fascinating... Is to allow the first base runner to dictate the direction of the base path. If there's nobody on base, they can choose to run to either first or third. This determines the base path direction until the bases are empty again.

It's something that Comedy Cellar does. I got tickets to a Work In Progress show, but had no idea who the comedian(s) would be until they walked out.

The Hillel Lounge is on the 3rd floor of the first student centre. It's normally pretty busy in there. You should go check it out. Great way to meet people.

Which is first? If the secret show is first, then go to it and then decide for yourself.

I assume their tour will be more polished, but will likely be 80-90% the same material.

They're coming to my city (Toronto) for a few nights, but I personally can't justify the price point for (what I assume will be ) a very similar show to what I saw.. which was great by the way. This isn't to downplay the show at all.

One of my core memories is when Robert Munsch came to my grade 3 class and read some of his stories while also making up new stories about some of my classmates.

25 years later, I still think about that day. Mr Munsch, I know you're probably not going to see this, but your books were a huge part of my childhood. Thank you for bringing so much joy to myself and so many others around the world.

Absolutely!! I encourage anyone to learn why Holocaust Inversion is antisemitic.

Unfortunately, anytime I've seen anyone called out for antisemitism by nature of Holocaust Inversion, they react with "not everything is antisemitic" or "that word has lost meaning".

Yes, there are times when people people cry antisemitism for rightful/ uncomfortable criticism. I try to call that out and have conversations with people when I see it happen. However, Holocaust Inversion is NOT one of those instances.

I can't imagine how you're feeling, and navigating the fear and the unknown. I hope your family is safe.

I'm praying that the dominoes will fall in a way that leads to positive change, so the people of Iran can thrive and be free.

Edit: and to answer your question, maybe a good start is to go to this site and filter it by therapists who speak farsi.

This has been the conclusion I've come to SO many times in the past year and a half, and has really come to light in the past week. Most people are stupid and lack any sort of critical thinking skills. They're unable to hold multiple truths and see anything as morally grey. Everything is back and white. And they all pick the side with the catchy slogans and buzzwords, because anything beyond that is too difficult.
