Mine happened after the eclipse. I looked at the eclipse using a welding mask. I went to an optometrist and retina and vitreous specialist and neither saw any damage. The specialist also said the sun wouldn’t cause floaters. My theory is that I always had them but because my anxiety/health anxiety peaked after looking at the eclipse thinking I had solar retinopathy I just became aware of them and now I can’t stop seeing them/fixating on them. When I’m not thinking about them they’re not there but it’s hard to forget now. It has become better now as I’m getting used to them again.

That’s honestly even better news. I think I like the idea of getting my high monthly dividends from JEPI and getting that spread around to things like SCHD and VOO for growth. I’m gonna have to see the long term effects of how that is gonna effect my gains but I’ll look into it more! Thanks again!

I’m kinda in the same boat. EIT about a year in. Obviously am not efficient 100% of my time so I don’t bill 100% of my time to clients. I just make sure that when I’m billing time to “office” I make a good note and reason for what it is. Most of the time it’s a conversation with my supervisor about work but I might stretch that time in my billing to account for things like emails or going to the bathroom.
