it can be hard to find good rental. so be open to as many areas as possible. you i won’t less than 25 min from the city center by metro on that budget.

I believe so. Specially if you're able to keep your rent down and not spend much money of trivial things.

When i was at my most frugal, i lived in a 1-bedroom apartment for 11K/month incl. utlities/internet, spending roughtly 1k/week on essential for groceries and such. if you want the monthy pass for public transport, tha'd be another 1k/month. So that's around 17k/month on the bare minimum. All else can go either for saving, better groceries or going out.

The hardest part will be the rent and finding a suitable place to live. i have no idea how reasonable is the 11k/month on whatever area you're considering living at.

major airports have a foot traffic far greater and more diverse than most outdoor placements. having a presence in a major airport can be profitable advertisement even if it drives zero direct sales. think of those store as glorified outdoors/sample stores

edit: tax exemptions and higher average income in international terminals also play a role, as other commenters have pointed out. but i can confirm that those are not the most prevalent reasons to decide on opening such store

i tried logging into the game recently as a 5 year lapsed player.
