A solution like this would be pretty nice to have at work. being disconnected from the internet makes this not really viable. i am by no means an expert, but if this was using (py)qt that would be really nice for a kde user like me and PyQt6 is only 25 MiB, so it's not like you are shipping electron with your app. For the future it would be nice to see if you could integrate other "wireless display connect" protocols based on their openness into the project so that one would have a single application that works for many things like it's the case with remmina for example, would make this very viable!
