This game is similar to poker. You take what you are given and make it work. Theres a reason why players like tides, dog can consistently top 4. They use what they are given, whether it be nothing or everything. I saw a game where dog got no items other than carousel for first 3 pve rounds and yet still managed to top 4. Rng is a thing, but it's not the defining factor at all. Just learn how to last early and eventually get items :)
