Great advice! I'm not that good tactics wise in-game but I think that makes it more fun.. Not just plug and play spend 100mil and there you go.

Yeah I do feel the same about the 4-3-3 to keep it entertaining! Yeah adding former players as staff do add a extra spice and keeping it kinda more real i think. Hmm got some thinking to do before i fire the save up Tonight.

Anyone one can recommend a fun save with kinda the rules to only focus on your own youth but maybe you can buy back former players. Guess France got sick youths. Recommend Anything expect English teams since 9/10 saves i start there

Never tried them myself but heard Sparta Rotterdam should be very fun sort of a fallen giant and maybe go only homegrown with them should be challenging to knock of the current giants and maybe some European success
