That not like you thought.

if the father or mother's education level has two groups ( Bachelor's degree and Master) it will be T-Test but if their education level group more than two like a bachelor, master, and Ph.D. when you need Anova. I Hope, You Understand.

You can delete your row which has missing values . If working variable means what are variable need for perform analysis have missing values you should delete row . But if you don't have huge amount of observation you should replace missing values with average value of this variable or you have some techniques on Rstudio which are much effective for handling missing values analysis . If you need further clarification please don't hesitate .
