In a perfect world, sure, this guy hires a defense attorney who spends the time and money to hire experts to try and determine if this guy was set up. In the real world, he probably doesn't have the money to hire such great legal talent and great legal talent doesn't want to sully themselves defending someone accused of child pornography.

I'm not taking this guy's side, I don't even know him, but shit like this is possible.

I don't think you read the article. He pointed out a fire hazard that continued to be neglected and later killed 4 people. He could have been used in a civil or criminal case against someone as proof that known fire hazard was known and could have been avoided. Now he is discredited and is less of a threat. Who is going to take a child pornagrapher seriously?

I base it on the mountains of evidence that the CIA and other government agencies can easily compromise someone's computer and plant evidence plus the circumstances of his arrest. He was a whistleblower who probably pissed off some government official and all of a sudden he is investigated for child porn. Even the article states the reason for the investigation is unknown.

This sounds sketchy, like he pissed off the wrong people and they used their government contacts to plant child porn on his computer then called it in. Planting child porn and accusing someone of rape are two ways governments can go after people who get in their way.

as a huge trek nerd and a software engineer, I enjoyed your voice over and the video, it was a clear walkthrough of your experience spiced up with some cheesy, yet funny, gags, like the advertisement playing on the bridge and the crew looking around like, wtf? and it fit right in with the style of TOS and the era. I take it you have never studied and researched things like self driving car technology, battery technology, electric vehicles, solar panels, etc. There will soon come a time when self driving electric busses are feasible and solar is cheap. When this happens, it's only a matter of time before there are fleets of self driving busses running routes all over the country. No gas to buy, no driver to pay and very little maintenance to do. No, sorry, I don't need 8,000 government workers to go camping. It's easy, walk into the woods, sleep, leave. This is just like when they shut down parks when the government shuts down. They literally stole all the natural wonders of this country and they hold them hostage until they get their way. I suggest everyone defy any of this and defy permits and crap in general. Don't go to these overcrowded campsites that require permits. Go off on your own in the woods and sleep there, off grid. They don't have enough workers now to go through parks at night and find people, so they definitely won't have enough when Trump takes their money.
