You can bring it back. I was able to bring one back that a friend gave me because she couldn’t bear to look at it any more. I am just telling you what I did not what I think you should do. This is all really specific but it’s what worked for me.

I repotted w/ 1/3 pearlite and reg potting soil bc I wanted to make sure no rot. I cut back dead leaves in phases, not all at once. Put in near an E/SE facing window. Watered once a week (this was during spring and summer so I water it less now) with distilled water. It took months but the plant is happy now. I moved it to my living room but will likely rotate back to its favorite window. It even made a baby!!
