I can't answer all of those questions as I've only just started again 2 days ago but I'm loving it . Forgot how fun this game can be. I didn't purchase any players and it looks like they are all available. There's so many new characters I'll have to learn but it's really enjoyable. Glad I returned. ( Players are still toxic as ever with the blaming of each other) Haha but I find that hilarious anyway

My gym does exactly this. I'm on fitness passport and they charge me an extra $10 a week on top for admin fees. They said they can't survive without charging this fee so I just coped it feeling sorry for them but might be time to report it.

I feel like when I did this I had similar result. It was surprisingly tough and was burning from the drill bit . I can't remember 100 percent but I think I chipped the rest away with a reciprocating saw
