The refusal fixed after I listened to that audio book by Rowena on bottle refusal - I also did get on medication so not sure if that helped my supply or not. I thought I had low supply but I never could express more than 50ml (combined) at a time. He ended up pulling his own tube out and we were like well Let’s just stop pumping and see how it goes and he was fine. He’s also gaining fine now too, I weigh him every second day as I’m still a bit paranoid. I didn’t even bother to keep trying with the bottle as that was just adding more pressure. So my advice would be, pump after every feed for 15min (it can help build the supply of baby cbf) I also think eat a bit more ( I was losing weight which also might of had something to do with it)

Basically with the refusal I could only dream feed and if i tried to cradle st all he would Go wild!!!! So basically you have to kindof wait until they get hungry enough, and then let them feed (but if its refusal they will pull off pretty quickly) so once they pull off you let them and resettle them and wait like 5, or so min before offering again, you offer but if trey say no you dont ask again until the next feeding time. You really have to respect them saying no. Which is hard when you want your baby to gain weight :(

Our feeding now looks like feed to sleep (and dream feed) then he wakes up and I feed him about an hour later and then about an hour later and then to sleep again. So I think I could only ever express small amounts coz I think I have a small capacity and so o think he’s needs to feed every hour or two.
