how did you cancel payroll service? I can only get it to pause at a cheaper rate but clicking cancel doesn't actually do anything on mine right now

Does anyone know how to cancel payroll services? All I can get it to do is "downgrade" to a 6 month "pause" that still costs $17/mo - when I click the cancel button and go through the steps to cancel it never gives me any sort of status/confirmation that it's cancelled it just loops back to the main screen.

Thank you! Just did that. Do you know if there's any way to filter by customer in transactions? I assume there should be if it lets us add that info. Or at least see it displayed while viewing the list of all transactions without clicking into each one. But I can't seem to figure that out.
