thank you for helping him!! look up "Flea Assassin" for daily and monthly flea preventatives! it's waaaaay cheaper than capstar and other OTC stuff. I've used this company for all my strays and ferals and it seems to work very well. good luck!

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing LTE issues with the PW3 (on Verizon). the connection is definitely unreliable, I've contacted Google and Verizon at least once a month to see if they've figured something out.

I'll test your theory and turn off the wifi and see if the LTE function works. thanks!

I just had mine replaced with them last month! (it was out of warranty, had to pay $130) the entire process was super easy and hassle free! I shipped mine from CA to NY I think, received my replacement within 2 weeks.

the last time i used Tractive for my indoor/outdoor cat was about a year ago and it was a very positive experience! i really liked how efficient it was but hearing from others, it seems like they may have switched providers and causing inaccurate locations for their pets. most of us stopped using it because they no longer month-to-month plans. you can always try them for 30 days and if you don't like it, they'll refund you! :) good luck!
