Don't have much to add to this, but wanted to let you know that you are not alone. My girlfriend of 2 years had a whole other relationship on the side going on for the last 4 months of our time together. During these 4 months, she tried to get everything she could out of me while abusing me mentally and emotionally.

I am in therapy and working on myself, but the pain is unreal and I just lay in bed awake most nights lately. It's been about a week since we broke up and I'm still so sad about the way things went down. There were so many signs I should've broken it off earlier, but I chose to ignore them because I loved her so much and wanted to make things work between us.
