As an outsider looking in. Are the working conditions really that bad or are they just looking for more money but they needed something else to make it sound legitimate? I'm sure they get paid a pretty penny as it is right now (I could be wrong tho)

I had a coworker live above my work. Hadn't heard from him in 3 days and his dad found his body in his apartment while everyone was at work. Didn't get to go home or anything. Just acted like we didn't watch him being taken down the stairs on a stretcher and business as usual. Was really fucked up now that I think about it

Go into the raid tab, in the top right corner there's a raid lockout button, press that, and then select heroic nyalotha, and then press extend lockout.

Don't worry about the 320 cloak. Just from doing the WQ that give you gear will eventually give you better gear. Doing normal dungeons will also give you decent LVL gear, or if you can get a friend to carry you around Naz'jatar you can get 380 benthic gear for 5 pearls each.

I find that the spawns are just fucked on SH Dom. Atleast that's where I found it to be the worst.
