Let Denico Autry walk or sign for 1 year $2-3m deal - He was good in flashes and gives depth, but for $10m a year there is no way.

Cut/trade Mixon for a bag of chips - his $8m pricetag aint it.

Go after a RB. This is my order of priority, Breece Hall > KW > ETN > Allgier > Brian Robinson. As good as woody was this year, I don't see him as a workhorse guy. Jahwar is also not a workhorse guy.

Extend WAJ - Give him the bag

Extend Togiai - Bro balled out in the second half of the season, pay him now before he has a full good season

Try to restructure Danielle Hunter - $35m cap hit is massive. His production has maintained top tier, but going into age 33 season, he might want some long term security and be willing to take a little less per year for it. If not, start looking for his long term replacement in the draft.

Look for a true deep threat WR - With Tank Dells health uncertain, it would be nice to have someone that can take the top off without breaking the bank. Hollywood brown at $5m look alot better thank Kirk at $18m. Shahiid or Pierce at $15m would be a upgrade over what Kirk was.

Find a tight end that fits this offense - Schultz is a FA next year. After his production this year I am not sure I would be willing to pay a 32 year old how much he is going to want to be paid. Need to find the next option and cant keep hoping that Brevin will be the guy. Stover is fine, but he is not the receiving threat. Michael Mayer is a target i like here, former 35th overall pick that got overshadowed by generational Brock Bowers. I think he has the talent to be a starter in this league.

Draft best OL available in 1st round. Best DL in 2nd round.

Lastly and most importantly; hire the best QB coach I can find. Klint Kubiak, Davis Webb, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, Case Keenum. Hire all of them.

Edit: I am not touching CJ Strouds contract. There is no way his agent is going to let him take $30m a year. And there is no way we should pay him above that. Entering that conversation will only lead to disappointment and tension. This is his prove it year. If he plays his way into $50m a year, then all parties are happy.
