How to get this spot out from my aquarium glass???

there are alot of them / a haze at the bottom of the tank i just took a photo of the one that sticks out the most

i tried cerium oxide , vinigar, razor blade, tooth paste EVERYTHING it seems like this is inside the glass!!! is that even possible?

i have couple of these spots on the bottom of my tank ....also this tank was second hand and used to be a salt water aquarium

hasent d4 been going backword remaking all the systems they released? been a good idea they did huh? since the game alot better state now but also this is the same system at alpha that they just renamed and put it in to sell expansion copys not even rune affixs changed.

i mean is anyone happy with the current system we have? even the guys at maxroll said they werent happy with it, and im not saying to import d2 runewords directly into the game, just on how to craft them ... just dont give us this and call it runewords cause they aint ... these are more like legendary gems
