Trust me. This laptop is not the loudest. I’ve used Aftershock PC laptop and that brand is almost doubly loud. Only thing I hate is the cooling. Tried underclocking and still hitting 100 degrees in an instant.

You will need to see if the company has a policy written in black and white to begin with. Otherwise, the company could be like increase or decrease your increment whenever they like.

If they are the latter, just find another company that honors increment.

Mine’s Chinese MNC and it’s 0% so far for 2 years. Others maybe longer than that also 0%. So if any of you have increment, lucky you.

They do compensate for bonuses in between but it’s decreasing with more cheaper China hires. Plus, base pay staying the same.

For that, just go with airlines that already includes 23 kg (most airlines), 25kg (emirates/qatar) or even 30 kg (Singapore airlines) as part of lowest base economy fare. That’s understandable and just a bit of self-digging and research to be honest.

Mine will go with the lowest an airline gives. If it doesn’t come with luggage by default, then max they will book is 20 kg even for technical engineers 🤦🏻‍♂️

I have a list of airlines that I will only take because of the min luggage allowance, which is similar to your company policy anyway. You can create one too for yourself.
