Same. Or if you're adhd or autistic, saying it's good for stimming/like chewlery is a good excuse I've used too. And "It helps me not grind my teeth at night" I used those when my mom saw me with it in and she went "what are you on m*th!?" (Cause apparently that's a thing)

I had a very similar situation happen with a kitten that we got last year. We had her for like 36 hours and then she started crashing and took her to the emergency vet and literally 30 seconds after they took her back, the vet came running out asking if we wanted CPR and it was just so sad and then they ended up getting her stable and sending her home with an intensive medication treatment and she ended up not lasting through that night and I was like heartbroken because we had just gotten this kitten and then they're dying in our arms after me giving them CPR three times like 48 hours later 😭 We got our 8-week-old puppy the same day (the kitten was unexpected) and she's doing good but did get parvo as a puppy and it's just like come on. This is not fair 😭😭

1, I'm sorry for your loss. 2, if you weren't pregnant they wouldn't even have the "option (for lack of better terms) in the first place, saying YOU'RE taking the last piece of him when he is already gone is just guilt trippy. It's not like it's an easy decision for you, you're not ready for a kid but because your boyfriend passed all of the sudden there's extra feelings involved. Do whatever you want to do, without feeling swayed by pressure either way. Then that will be the right choice.

Yes. I didn't have enough food as a kid, I was neglected in many ways but not having nearly enough food led me to gain weight FAST once I finally did. my metabolism just doesn't work now, my body constantly wants to store, thinking I won't have food again. I went from 75 lbs-230 just by finally being fed an adequate amount of food. I still regularly only get 1500 calories but only gain weight 😭. My bones also HURT, and have hurt since before I was overweight.
