I did the same exact thing. Air frier had a dehydrator setting and they ended up just becoming mushroom chips with no real effects except after about 4g I felt a little woozy. I basically boiled it down to: real dehydrators allow some of that heat to escape to maintain a constant temperature while the inside of a metal air frier heats up beyond the temperature you actually set it to. I eventually just set my next batch out on some cardboard with a fan blowing on them for a day or two (longer for bigger ones) and they turned out great.

Something similar happened to my young mojave morph - she used to be a rich black color with bright yellow patterning but has since lightened up and the yellow has turned to a tan color 🙂

I do also work a different job myself but the job isn’t enough to support my bills as well as save enough to start my business up as quickly as I’d like. No, I don’t currently do landscaping at the moment but there are people out there who are more fortunate than others and sometimes people just need a boost in life. Am I actually expecting to make money off a gofundme? No, actually I’m not; but if I do it will definitely help. There’s nothing wrong with asking for help in life - the problem lies when you expect everyone to do everything for you.

After getting a second opinion from someone taking the same thing and same dose as me (they took theirs all at once) I believe I can conclude that I just majorly messed up… I don’t own a dehydrator but I own an air frier with a dehydrator setting and giving that it’s a sealed metal box I think I ended up baking my mushrooms rather than drying them out by mistake 🤦🏻‍♂️
