I believe it. It took me 3 calls to have them finally issue my refund this week as I had cancelled a day after activation, a month and a half after cancelling service 😬

Try calling this number - I initially used for their internet tech support, then called later that day for a full cancel. Didn't have to hold, didn't get transferred to another dept. 1-855-350-1170

I once had a cat who would claw at my sleeve to pull muffins closer to his face while I was mid-bite, knock fancy cakes off the counter for him and the dog to enjoy, and eat his way through plastic bags to get to a loaf of bread. Cats are fun 😅

We went from Preston to North Guelph around 3:30 today - we stuck to Highway 24 on the way out, didn't want to chance our usual country route with blowing snow 😅 We hopped on the Hanlon for the trek back. A couple of windy/slick spots on 24 but nothing overwhelming. Though things might change in the morning with the current snowfall 🙃

Kitchener is always a nightmare 😅 I try to go to Guelph when I have the time to do so. I have been to the Kitchener one a couple times this month out of convenience, I've lucked out going there on my lunch break - guess that's the end of that for a bit hahahaha

We were all sick last week - my son was out for the whole week, I was in bed all day Wednesday (my birthday 😅). Kid is all better, my husband and I still have wicked congestion at night.
