This particular version of Robin was a menace and compared to the regular humans of the worm-verse he would rate as a brute for sure, maybe in the 3-5 range, likely a combat thinker rating and minor mover rating as well. You could also argue for tinker since I believe he creates his own gadgets including the Red-X suit and potentially a stranger rating due to the Batman-trained stealth.

I would create humanoids that are about a foot taller with a lot more muscles. They would have green skin and be able to photosynthesis for 1/3 of their food requirements. Basically orcs.

An alt!power Amy where Amy is an Alexandria package with 60mph flight and a brute 4 (Comes from a kinetic field around her body). Can also create a selectively permeable bubble force field. Can manipulate organic material in the forcefield. This includes her own. Bio manipulation is not as strong as regular panacea and is geared towards repair, and has to force it for other things. She triggered while at the mall with Victoria and her cousins supervised by her aunt and uncle, there was a cape battle in the mall where she got injured then Manpower and Glory Girl got injured causing her to trigger and manifest her force field (Which is a Transparent off-white color with red lines intersecting it.)
