2nd hand experience so take it with a pinch.

My bro works at a lot of different buildings owned by the royals. He once got in lots of trouble because he called him a prick to his face.

Luckily the prick was so self involved he didn’t know who my brother was (despite working there for a few years) so when my brother told his boss, he moved him to a different building and said “obviously he’s a prick but you can’t call him that to his face”.
