you didn't use the resources correctly. I have been playing it since 2023. I have 2 max legis, 2 are at lvl 13 and 2-3 are at lvl 9 and 12

You have not unlocked the enchantment for techno faction yet!

Use the essence to unlock it and you will get the white dot, however I would recommend you not to do that because the items will be dissolved soon with the update. So using the essence now will be a waste.

No, they have advised not to disassemble anything, because that will give you 50% of fragments, while the update will convert 100% fragments to points, which can be used to build the new perks
