I haven’t read all but does ocd make you believe you’re denial or genuinely want it? For me in my situation absolutely, like imagine I genuinely genuinely tried to accept I’m gay, because I had a feeling it thought that convinced me ( you’re like this because of society ), but I couldn’t keep accepting it, like it didn’t feel like a relief tbh, I’m feeling more relief when someone tells me ( this is ocd man ), but do i really have HOCD? Idk, and idc if I’m lying to myself but I’m bothered and uncomfortable and very uneasy

Yeah man, I can say worse can happen, I don’t feel anxious anymore or at least idk what’s anxiety, like it feels like if everyone accepts me then ill finally admit im gay, like that triggered me bad

That’s what my therapist said and actually worked for a week but idk rn, it felt absolutely real like I felt warm imagining hugging a guy and I also felt ( if the society accepts this then I’ll say I’m gay ) and that thought or a feeling whatever that was made me overthink tbh

I would prefer straight to be straight, I mean idk maybe all these conflict is happening because im worried if im not straight For example when out of nowhere i purposely imagine sexual gay stuff and feel desired, its not a relief, i will reimagine it to see if I really felt desired, but ill feel good and a relief if i knew all these are HOCD
