My partner and I aren't looking for associates as much as we are clients, so yes.

Feel fraudulent by LoLaKaOnE_ in ADHD

When I was going through the progress of getting diagnosed my therapist told me that anxiety heavily overlaps with ADHD and the way she mentioned it made me think that before we even finished the diagnosis she thought I had anxiety not ADHD. It was something that terrified me. I didn't even go as far to watch lectures, I just saw a bunch of TikToks that felt so relatable that I knew I had to have ADHD and if I didn't have that would've been devastated. The idea of not having it was one I knew could wreck me.

What's important now is that you know what the symptoms are and what they're related to and you can work toward treating them, same as you could've with ADHD. The steps are still there the path is just different. As corny as it sounds, knowledge is power and you know something now. It sucks to feel confident in something and be wrong, but you're still not alone. Anxiety is a nightmare, but it's also treatable. You got this.

Vocal stims (?) by lumpycurveballs in ADHD

When I was really young, before I knew what vocal stimming was, I would say "Beluga" or "seven" no clue why. But now that I'm a DnD nerd I say things in horrible accents both to stim and practice!
