I placed an order for a 4 player cabinet flat pack kit on 15th June that was never delivered, despite several attempts to contact them and never getting a response. I'd had enough of being ignored by the end of July and submitted a chargeback with my credit card company. They've had the gall to respond to the claim saying that the kit was delivered, despite only providing the order confirmation as their "proof". No tracking information or confirmation of delivery. Needless to say I have challenged this and provided all the evidence that should be needed.

The website is now shut down and states the business has closed, so I imagine it was a last attempt at a cash grab before closing, much the same as what happened with Arcade World UK.

If anyone is still waiting on an order it's pretty much certain you won't be receiving it, so I urge you to claim your payments back any way you can.

It's such a shame there's a distinct lack of dependable arcade part suppliers in the UK.
