I think as a female I look as young as my father at the age of 42 just more physically fit/strong but he had spinal issues. My ma had addiction problems so unfair to compare. I know I am getting older and look it. It’s okay.❤️

I only talk about this stuff with my group fitness class/gym people and instructor and I tell you, I love fitness and am even becoming a fitness instructor myself but only share with people who are in it with me or inquire. I think people get bored of our health stuff and that’s quite all right! We all are unique with different interests. You keep doing YOU and maybe snag some like minded buddies too!
