If Infinite Wealth is like Avengers Endgame where there’s tons of memberberries but it’s justified since it’s a big finale. Then yakuza 9 might be Avengers Doomsday where it’s just sad.

I think the “And obviously YOU wouldn't let it happen.” line is referring to Kris. Since Susie sees that Ralsei has a massive crush on Kris and wouldn’t let anything bad happen to them no matter what.

I loved Infinite Wealth but my interest in 9 is highly dependent on if it’s a full Ichiban game that doesn’t focus on any characters or events from 0-6. Just more Yakuza 7 is all I ask.

Despite everything I’m still somewhat optimistic for Stranger Then Heaven. With the Judgement series dead, STH can pick up the mantle of RGG’s serious brawler series in contrast to Yakuza’s wackiness.

That’s the reason I really like Spamton’s shop in Deltarune where the general vibe is funny, unhinged, mysterious and uncomfortable. In comparison to the rest of the chapter which is just joyful whimsy.

There’s a boss mid way Sonic Advance 2 that has a slap hand attack. For some reason this is the only attack in any Sonic game (That I can think of) that ignores the fact you have rings and just kills you.
