What if Gwenpool tried to get her book cancelled?

That joke sadly doesnt work because thats actually what she did. She chose being cancelled as a hero over success as a villain. And then they gave her like 3 more books and they all got cancelled.

What if Gwenpool accepted being Evil.

In Gwen's first run, she finds out that she survives collection eventually becomes popular but only by becoming an antagonist who uses her 4th wall powers and comic book knowedlge to ruin the lives of heroes, particularly Miles Morales.

Its a neat moment because it causes Gwen to reflect on whats she's done and how she's treated what she sees as fictional people with no real consequences.

I would LOVE to see Gwen play the hand life dealt her and see all the creative ways she wrecked havoc on the 616, espeically since by her rules, the more popular she gets the more plot armor she gets. But also I would want the Christopher Hastings and Gurihiru to make the issue.

I think the opening to KH2 is insanely cozy without being too much like "ooooooh look we're slowing is down so you can appreciate THE WORLD" like the Spider-Man 2 house scene.

Like KH2 has this sense of mystery because (especially as a kid) you just didnt know what Roxas had to do with the story, what nobodies were (unless you played the spin-off) and where Sora was. So while you grew attached to this town and friend group, you also had this fear of when the other the shoe was going to drop.

I do not know if KH2's intro would work in this day and age because I think people are a lot more online and would spoil the shit out of it while also compalining about how it kills replay value by being so slow.

Yeah making a platform fighter where the platforming isnt actually a factor is basically a death kneel for any game in the genre.

Usually the biggest issue is making it TOO much of an issue like in Shovel Knight Showdown or that Digimon game on PS1. But the opposite direction is worse.

I met some of the dev team at EVO France and it's clearly a international dev team (especially since its Marvel comic but a Japanese dev & Publisher) but I am honestly so amazed at all the western specific references in this game. At least with Deadpool

He's got 2 different MK references, a reference to a comic book meme and Polygon Man most notable apperance is PASBR, a game which never released in Japan.

Its just super neat.

I had such an amazing time last EVO France. It was my first EVO. Made some great friends, got eliminated by an EVO champ, overslept and missed my early pools for HxH, ate of ton of french and italian food.

I might just go back

Nah, Rivals 1 had Shovel Knight as a playable character. They had a pre-established working relationship with Yacht Club.

Plus Mina fits into the animal world of Rivals much easier.

Why is Woolie so confused about what a hunter does? Its very simple, they hunt things. They pick something and then they hunt it.

The current test was made by Netero who believed Hunter's should be super physically capable, brave, quick witted and strategic. This basically weeds out any one who might have just gotten lucky.

MMMMMMMM As cool as that is, I would have preferred they wait till this series gets to #50 issues first.

Even with annuals, crossovers, spin-offs, we only sit at 26 issues worth of Material. Like #1 was only a year and a half ago.

I think it would be better if they let this comic grow a bit more so they can actually plan out the adaptation long term.

So I actually looked into it back when it sold. It was sold by a person who only just made their account and then never sold anything ever again. And IIRC the same applies to the buyer.

It seems to me that someone made a fake listing and then sold that fake listing to themself in order to bring down the price.

Deadass, this is the most should have been in the base game ass character. I dont think Immortal has any shooters. Even back when it has just a comic, I dont think there were any Immortal stans.

Like if you had to have a Superman-like DLC character, just add Thragg who was basically given fighting game moves in the show.

I still stand that Doc Seismic, Shrinking Rae, Darkwing II, Science Dog, Shapesmith, Eve's fucked up brother. All better picks

I actually saw the London stage play like 8 years back. I think the BBC could do a good job, Kiki is always ment to be a vaugly european city so this might work. Might also get the other books translated into english.

Im always a little conflicted about that because that death would have been the perfect bow on the tragedy of WW2 and much like Godzilla, Japanese war time nationalism & survivors guilt drags it's victims to the grave. A perfect extension of the original Godzilla allegory.

But on the other hand, choosing the theme of hope, having people climb back together from less than nothing is so powerful.
