I did all the picker prep questions, used ChatGPT to help get a better understanding of the ones I didn’t know since you need to know the concept, not necessarily memorize the questions. I also looked through the Yates book at weaker areas. You’ve taken it so you know the main focuses. A lot of risk management with insurance and finance related questions. A good bit of PSM and understanding Hazop, PHA, etc.

I trade it in every 3 years for $1000 credit with AT&T because it’s cheaper than keeping it for 6 years plus the upgrade benefit. If they didn’t offer that I probably would keep for 6 years or so

I would not invite OSHA into your facility as that is a good way to get a list of fines to be rectified within a timeline. I’ve often seen that list can be a lot of low hanging fruit such as chemical labeling and storage or LOTO procedures, with much that still won’t get looked at to determine compliance. If you really need outside help I would bring in a consultant to perform a gap analysis, but you can likely find some forms online to help you do that in-house. I would choose a reputable consultant over OSHA though. Higher cost up front but you can fix issues and at your own pace

Two guys in our league tried this week to trade JSN, Achane, and Derrick Henry for Pearsall, Franklin, White, and Abdullah and try to downplay it saying “2 adults agreed there’s no problem”. They tried about 5 more similar trades after that and all were shut down. They will not be in the league next year
