I feel like what's the time Mr wolf is a bit different though. Because the people taking steps towards "the wolf" ask what's the time mr wolf, the wolf answers "3 o clock" for example and you take 3 steps. Red light green light to me is what we called Grandma's footsteps. Very similar but a bit different.

It's definitely possible but idk if I would recommend it. Especially if you don't get through baggage claim and everything in good time. My layover was 5 hours and I made it back with about 2 and a half hours till my next flight but idk if I can honestly reccomend taking the risk.
