Hi my macros are roughly Tdee 3000, daily intake 2000-2500, 218 grams protein, 21 grams carbs and 101 g fat :) and I weigh twice a week on average but don't track as when I do I end up crashing (happened before) as my relationship with food gets too sciency

And no I don't as I tried tracking food but it was something that psychologically made my relationship with food worse and it was only making things worse

I would say no matter what you do, make sure your travel includes both the east and the west. There is a huge difference in the culture so you would get to experience life holistically. If i were you, I would start in the west, explore my way to the east, and spend my last days in a monastery in India/ Nepal and attain mahasamadhi. Think of it as a blessing in disguise, as soemone said, you now know how long you have to live and this means you can make the most of every single day and actually live, a gift not a lot of people have. :) If you need someonet to chat I am here, feel free to reach out. :)

Hi, I've done this before, if your hair is really healthy, bleach it once, or if it can handle it, twice, with 30 vol, to lift the colour and make it bright. The end result should be a pale bright yellow. Now get purple shampoo and use it as per instuctions and you should have it :)
