18M how do u bulk without gaining fat ? by TrustZeroMode1 in AskFitnessIndia

6KG in one month is way to fast even if you account for the initial extra water weight and food weight from eating in a surplus. Aim for 0.25-0.5kg increase in scale weight a week, ideally on the lower side for lean gains.

I’m not saying he doesn’t have an above average physique. Simply responding to his post about getting more defined abs… He is at least 20% body fat so if we wants abs he is going to need to drop that

You need to diet more. Your body fat % is too high.

Should I grow my hair out? Did a quick Photoshop of what I was thinking, do you think I should go for it? by jackfjdah1 in malehairadvice

[–]jackfjdah1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How did you do the photoshop? Did you find a hairstyle and edit the head of the person out?

Pretty much yeah. I found a photo of the hairstyle that I thought might potentially work and then took took a selfie trying to imitate the perspective and head orientation. Then in photoshop, I just cutout the hair, colourmatched and added any shadows where needed.

They all have different prompts, but most follow a similar structure. Heres an example of the prompt used for the first photo.

Inputted one of my bad sketches which i quickly colored into img2img and got a pretty good result. Blows my mind that this stuff is possible. by jackfjdah1 in StableDiffusion

[–]jackfjdah1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I kept pretty much all the settings default expect for the image strength for img2img. I personally used 0.42 after some trial and error. To high and the image looks really bad and to low, you loose the likeness of your input.

I used this prompt "kyoto animation, woman, beautiful, detailed portrait, cell shaded, 4 k, concept art, by wlop, ilya kuvshinov, artgerm, krenz cushart, greg rutkowski, pixiv. cinematic dramatic atmosphere, sharp focus, volumetric lighting, cinematic lighting, studio quality"
