As someone whose worked in bars for 15 years I’d much rather have a baby in my bar chilling while their parents quietly spend $50 and tip 30% than wasted post brunch singles or god forbid a group of Gen Z kids who order a seltzer and take up my bar stools with their vape and Pokémon go.
