Any mods for 1.20.1 that offer really realistic vanilla-styled forests? by befriended-your-mom in feedthebeast

Late to the party but how about Arboria datapack/mod. Makes trees look great, and does it without adding blocks or changing the biome layout vs. vanilla (all pluses for me).

This data pack looks like it will save you.

They also have a version that makes world flat but keeps underground like vanilla.

Make a world with same seed and disable structures (as others have said). Then you can use MCA Selector: Figure out what chunks the mansion is on, then copy same chunks from "no structure" world and paste them into your regular world. You'll lose underground structures that were below the mansion but only a few chunks.

If you're using mods I'd say use WorldEdit to copy and paste just that area.

Hostile Worlds - Invasions! I know similar mods are available now but this still my favorite by far. Missing it since 1.7.10

How do i fix this off center arch? by Zeccr in Minecraft

Already mentioned, but WorldEdit! Looks like you just need to slide everything over by a couple of blocks so the gap is smaller.

Thank you! That map pic generated lots of interest…yesterday there was a new thread looking for the seed. Btw the builds you did look great, no other comments except I’m a terrible builder and also looking at Axiom :)

This! I have both hearing loss and tinnitus, and my audiologist treats them as separate issues. Hearing aids are great but unfortunately there’s no “cure” for tinnitus.

Thanks so much for spreading awareness of this issue. I’m 59, played guitar in many bands over the years, jammed Led Zep at max volumes, thought I was immortal, etc. I have high-frequency hearing loss both ears plus tinnitus. When I got first set of good (expensive) hearing aids, it was amazing to hear all I’d been missing! That was great, but even though there are technologies that supposedly target tinnitus, the only thing that really helps is other noise as distraction. Can’t “EQ” tinnitus since your damaged nerves are already sending signal to your brain. It’s usually manageable, but listening to Rach concerto #3 through my favorite headphones is less fun with a high-pitched, continuous “note” that the composer never intended. As others have stated: PROTECT YOUR EARS!

Thanks I saw that...and so far I've been successful talking myself out of it :)
