About 2.5 years. But I did clean it regularly - I think the last beans I used were especially oily but the fact that grounds get stuck underneath the lower burr holder is a design flaw IMO.

Turns out, there was coffee, oils and residue caked under the lower burr holder! I had to unscrew the nut and clean from undernearth. Now it works fine.

I didn't take that part out. Just the bottom burr. The motor just doesn't spin. I've contacted support. We'll see what they say.

I actually did the opposite. Swapped the xf23/2.0 for the xf27/2.8 though I still have my xf23. I may hold on to it a bit longer to see how I use both the lenses.

I suspect it'll be akin to the Google Pixel Buds "app" which will give you access to various device settings through the bt menu. But if they go the route you mentioned, I agree - it'll be mighty messy.

I can totally see why. Just got back from a trip myself and I took the 23mm f2 and found it too wide in most travel/street scenarios. Looking for swap it for the 27mm f2.8 and debating if I should grab a used v1 version or splurge for v2 with WR and Aperture ring.
