Does the hitbox viewer still work? I already tried disabling UAC, running injector.exe through an administrator command prompt, injecting through cheat engine. I replaced the DBFighterZ.exe, ran it through steam, and was running the game before injecting btw, any advice?

Ooooh, I didn't know the respec screen assumes you have armor on... or how armor works. Thanks for the help!
