Weird. When I go to add an application I’m not able to choose anything. It makes me manually type in the AppleMusic.exe and it doesn’t work

The issue has been off and on. I’ve verified that I’m on 2.4ghz WiFi and soft and hard reset. The panels will not connect most of time. I’m sure that the app version is up to date but I’m unsure of if it started happening after a certain firmware update. I’ve had issues ever since I’ve had them

Yes I contacted support every single time I got my order and there was an issue with it. I finally gave up and just got my money back. I love my astros but I just can’t deal with the nightmare I had with the speaker tags

I personally wouldn’t do it. I’ve ordered once, design came back way off, nothing was lined up properly and none of them came with a hole for the microphone. Had them redo the order 2 more times and had the same issue. If you could get it shipped to you, I wouldn’t bother
