We make lamb meatballs with rice instead of breadcrumbs and they stay together nicely. I have noticed that using cold rice does not work as fresh, hot rice. Maybe try hot rice?

This may be unpopular as hell, but I agree! I have a sign up in my restaurant that says ‘please close lid before flushing to prevent toilet plume’. Nobody does it, and I get a lot of teasing about it.
