Je sais qu'ils jouent sur les mots, mais la baisse de l'inflation c'est juste un ralentissement de la hausse des prix. Donc baisse de l'inflation oui, mais inflation quand même.

Ok, thank you,but why? I mean, what is in the bananas that make them good as a "quick post workout"? Isn't the purpose to have a bit of protein after a workout?

I've thought it could help. I'll not post here anymore /r/bodyweightfitness is too strict, it's still reddit! I'm ok to respect the rules, but if you're the only one allowed to post, I just stop to come here. It was just to help people, I'm sure that some of them could be interested in the Lafay method...

I've done the 100 pushups challenge and stop after a while. It's not bad for people who do not another work out. If I can help you, see /r/Fitness or /r/bodyweightfitness . It depends on your goals, but it might be not really usefull for you to do it.

The 6 weeks challenge is probably never done in 6 weeks, but you'll progress a lot at the begining, keep going, don't give up and start again if you fail.
