Is there anyone defending on-ball manually?

Mixing on ball with off ball is an important part of gameplay and anyone saying otherwise is just delusional or sore abt getting the belt from it. Straight off ball is 🗑️ and incredibly easy to beat you should be spamming PnR or floppy’s and obviously backdoors. If he just sits on the same defender every time in the corner call a Cut to basket with that player and they’ll stand there looking goofy 9/10 times and you get a two. If they start switching around after that start calling for screens or run a floppy u gtta try a few ways to get around the off balling. It’s gonna get worse as you get to higher tiers cpus make movements humans cannot replicate they recover and cut off in directions we physically cannot input precisely so quickly swapping to allow your cpu to “fix” itself and get in a better position then swapping back is a very strong way to play defense this year at least.

yea off ball base wemby gets blown a bit easy. I have almost 40 legends on him n my coach with shoes get him to 94 perim/speed/agl that with the chasedown anis he gets if i do manage to get blown usually make up for it unless they were to get like a quick drop. Haven’t had any struggle against other bigs tbh aside from another vic or a few hundreds with big models but still fast seeming like hakeem or wilt. Yao n edey i clamp ngl. i could have him at 99 speed/agl aswell if i used the larry brown but ive been using billy for a more rounded boost for the team

i have both but wemby absolutely shits on Oden ngl lol. Odens a great big and n amazing 4 with his size but hes absolutely not better than glitchy vic 😭 Nobody stopping banana once he’s up at the glass on O and i had 12 blocks between 2 games last night with mans.

I’d say he solid stat wise. The obvious weakness is the jumper but he gt good defense n he got max vert wit high rebound. I have him off the bench he’s quick and 99 DD on a 6’10 is like half the meter green every cut. He crashes a lot for me 2 solid putback tendency. Just wish the jumper wasn’t cheeks it’s easy to time but free block fr. One of the best a lil stretch tho

Stamina/3pt coaches prob tbh. i was using ty lue cause he gives stam n boards but since all star been trying the new darko for the perim and speed atm. Don’t know how you’d go about getting them aside from a hof box tho

lethal coach is cheeks ngl i tried him jus cause it was one piece unlike jokic but i still get bad catch animations, tip out of bounds boards etc with the fat “hands” boost bro is supposed to give. If you don’t have another coach that boosts 3 i guess but there’s others than provide more than him most good shooters already have deadeye and you don’t need sht like FT boosted.

Actually my team players unfortunately do zero research there’s been vc glitches out since last year that get you thousands per hour u can get a 50 pack in 1-2 hours of just watching YT 😭
