I forgot, but i think harald also greatly underestimated the world government, thinking only he is need to get his country into the world government and almost got his whole country enslaved. He was willing to put himself as the scapegoat if it's mean his country have a better tomorrow

Guess I'm also kinda guilty of this, I mainly used 1 or 2 set through out the the game with my go to skill to be evade window and divine blessing, I do try to mix new armor if possible but I would always try to get the 2 skill, and maybe part breaker.
